Report History

The History tab provides a persisted view of report jobs and generated artifacts.

What You Can Do

• View generated report jobs by type and status
• Search history by file/type/status metadata
• Download completed PDF reports
• Regenerate a report from its original configuration snapshot
• View the configuration snapshot used for a report
• Delete report artifacts from history

Filters

Use filters to narrow results:

• Status: all, pending, running, completed, failed, cancelled
• Search query
• Report type context (from the selected report type in Reports page)

Status Meanings

• Pending: job queued
• Running: job in progress
• Completed: artifact ready to download
• Failed: generation failed; check error message
• Cancelled: job was stopped before completion

Regeneration

Regenerate queues a new report job using the stored configuration snapshot from the selected artifact.

Retention

History begins when the new report platform is enabled. Legacy synchronous downloads are not backfilled.
