Automate backup creation with recurring schedules. Ensure consistent protection without manual intervention.

Creating Schedules
New Schedule
- Go to Backup > Schedules
- Click Create Schedule
- Configure schedule
- Save and enable
Schedule Configuration
Basic Settings

Template Selection

Retention
How long to keep scheduled backups:

Save and Enable
- Review configuration
- Click Save Schedule
- Schedule is enabled by default
Managing Schedules
Schedule List
View all schedules:

Enable/Disable
Toggle schedule status:
- Find schedule in list
- Click toggle switch
- Status changes immediately
Disabled schedules don't run but retain configuration.
Edit Schedule
Modify existing schedules:
- Click schedule name
- Click Edit
- Change settings
- Save
Delete Schedule
Remove schedules:
- Select schedule
- Click Delete
- Confirm
Deleting a schedule doesn't delete backups it created.
Schedule Monitoring
Execution History
View past runs:
- Open schedule
- Click History
- See runs with status

Basic scheduled backup strategy:
Schedule 1: Weekly Full
- Frequency: Weekly (Sunday 2 AM)
- Type: Full backup
- Retention: 30 days
Schedule 2: Daily Incremental
- Frequency: Daily (2 AM, except Sunday)
- Type: Incremental
- Retention: 7 days
High-Security
Enhanced protection:
Schedule 1: Daily Full
- Frequency: Daily (3 AM)
- Type: Full backup
- Retention: 90 days
Schedule 2: 4-Hour Incremental

Backup Retention
Automatic Cleanup
Old backups are deleted based on retention:
- Scheduled task runs daily
- Backups past retention are removed
