Invoice History

Access your complete billing history, download invoices, and manage billing records.

Viewing Invoices

Invoice List

Navigate to Settings > Billing > Invoices to see:

Viewing an Invoice

Click any invoice to see:

  • Full invoice breakdown
  • Line items and descriptions
  • Tax calculations
  • Payment information
  • Period details

Invoice Contents

Each invoice includes:

Downloading Invoices

Single Invoice

Download one invoice:

  1. Find invoice in list
  2. Click Download or PDF icon
  3. PDF downloads to your device

Bulk Download

Download multiple invoices:

  1. Select invoices (checkboxes)
  2. Click Download Selected
  3. ZIP file with all PDFs downloads

Invoice Format

Downloaded invoices are:

  • PDF format
  • Printable layout
  • Include all details
  • Suitable for accounting

Invoice Filtering

Filter Options

Narrow invoice list by:

  • Date Range - Specific period
  • Status - Paid, pending, etc.
  • Year - Calendar year

Find specific invoices:

  • Search by invoice number
  • Search by amount
  • Search by date

Managing Invoices

Email Invoices

Request invoice via email:

  1. Click invoice options (⋮)
  2. Select Email Invoice
  3. Sent to billing contact

Update Billing Information

To change info on future invoices:

  1. Go to Billing > Settings
  2. Update billing address
  3. Update organization name
  4. Changes apply to future invoices

Payment Records

Payment Details

Each paid invoice shows:

  • Payment date
  • Payment method (last 4 digits)
  • Transaction ID
  • Receipt link

Receipts

Download payment receipts:

  1. Open paid invoice
  2. Click Download Receipt
  3. PDF receipt downloads

Accounting Integration

Export for Accounting

Export invoice data:

  1. Go to Billing > Invoices
  2. Click Export
  3. Choose format (CSV, Excel)
  4. Download file

Export Contents

Exported data includes:

  • Invoice numbers
  • Dates
  • Amounts
  • Tax amounts
  • Status
  • Payment dates

Billing Statements

Monthly Statements

Generate consolidated statements:

  1. Go to Billing > Statements
  2. Select month
  3. Generate statement
  4. Download PDF

Statements summarize:

  • All invoices for the period
  • Payments received
  • Outstanding balances
  • Credit applied

Common Questions

Where's My Invoice?

If an expected invoice is missing:

  • Check date range filter
  • Verify billing contact receives emails
  • Check spam folder
  • Contact billing support

Invoice Amount Incorrect

For incorrect amounts:

  1. Review invoice details
  2. Check for prorations
  3. Review any credits
  4. Contact billing@securtea.io

Need Older Invoices

Invoice history is retained:

  • All invoices from account creation
  • No automatic deletion
  • Contact support for any issues
