Billing Overview
Manage your Securtea subscription, view invoices, and update payment methods from the billing settings.
Accessing Billing
- Go to Settings > Billing
- View subscription status and options
Required permissions: Organization Owner or Billing Admin
Subscription Status
Current Plan
See your active subscription:

| Billing Cycle | Monthly or annual |
| Next Billing | Upcoming charge date |
| Members | Current vs. limit |
Usage Metrics
Monitor usage against your plan limits:
- Members: Users in your organization
- Report Credits: Monthly report generation
- Storage: Evidence and backup storage
Key Actions
Change Plan
Upgrade or downgrade your subscription:
Update Payment
Change your payment method:
- Credit/debit card
- Invoice billing (Enterprise)
View Invoices
Access billing history:
Billing Contacts
Primary Billing Contact
Receives all billing communications:
- Invoices and receipts
- Payment reminders
- Subscription changes
Update in Billing Settings > Contacts.
Additional Contacts
Add more contacts for billing notifications:
- Click Add Contact
- Enter email address
- Select notification types
