Billing Overview

Manage your Securtea subscription, view invoices, and update payment methods from the billing settings.

Accessing Billing

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. View subscription status and options

Required permissions: Organization Owner or Billing Admin

Subscription Status

Current Plan

See your active subscription:

Usage Metrics

Monitor usage against your plan limits:

  • Members: Users in your organization
  • Report Credits: Monthly report generation
  • Storage: Evidence and backup storage

Key Actions

Change Plan

Upgrade or downgrade your subscription:

Update Payment

Change your payment method:

  • Credit/debit card
  • Invoice billing (Enterprise)

View Invoices

Access billing history:

Billing Contacts

Primary Billing Contact

Receives all billing communications:

  • Invoices and receipts
  • Payment reminders
  • Subscription changes

Update in Billing Settings > Contacts.

Additional Contacts

Add more contacts for billing notifications:

  1. Click Add Contact
  2. Enter email address
  3. Select notification types
