Billing Setup

After creating your organization, you'll select a plan and complete the billing setup. Securtea offers flexible plans to match your organization's needs.

Available Plans

Business Plan

The Business plan is designed for small to medium organizations:

Best for: Growing teams, single-tenant environments, basic compliance needs.

Enterprise Plan

The Enterprise plan is designed for large organizations with advanced requirements:

Best for: Large enterprises, MSPs, organizations with strict compliance requirements.

Step-by-Step Process

1. Select Your Plan - Choose Business or Enterprise
2. Review Details - Confirm the features and pricing
3. Enter Payment Info - Provide credit card or request invoice
4. Apply Discount Code - If you have a promo code, enter it here
5. Complete Purchase - Finalize your subscription

• Net 30 payment terms
• Annual billing only

Billing Cycles

After Checkout

Once payment is complete:

1. Your subscription activates immediately
2. You gain full access to plan features
3. You'll receive a confirmation email with receipt
4. Continue to the App Registration step

Managing Your Subscription

After onboarding, you can manage your subscription from Settings > Billing:

• View current plan - See your active subscription details
• Usage metrics - Monitor user count and report credits
• Upgrade/downgrade - Change plans as your needs evolve
• Update payment - Change credit card information
• View invoices - Download past invoices and receipts

Upgrading Your Plan

If you need more capacity:

1. Go to Settings > Billing
2. Click Change Plan
3. Select the new plan
4. Confirm the upgrade
5. Changes take effect immediately

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription:

1. Go to Settings > Billing
2. Click Cancel Subscription
3. Provide optional feedback
4. Confirm cancellation

After cancellation:

• Access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Data is retained for 30 days
• You can reactivate at any time

Troubleshooting

Payment Declined

If your payment is declined:

1. Verify card details - Check the card number, expiration, and CVV
2. Check available credit - Ensure sufficient funds
3. Contact your bank - International transactions may need approval
4. Try another card - Use a different payment method

Promo Code Not Working

If a discount code fails:

1. Check expiration - Codes may have expired
2. Verify eligibility - Some codes are plan-specific
3. Check for typos - Codes are case-sensitive
4. Contact support - We can help troubleshoot

Need an Invoice

For invoice-based billing:

1. Contact sales@securtea.io
2. Provide organization details
3. We'll set up invoice billing
4. Available for Enterprise plans only

Tax Information

• Prices displayed may be exclusive of tax
• Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout
